How to Make Raw Cherry and Chocolate Fudge?
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
In a food processor, combine the almonds and cashews and process until they are finely ground.
Add the dried cherries, cocoa powder, maple syrup or agave nectar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor. Process until the mixture comes together and forms a smooth and creamy fudge-like consistency.
